Then to began search and then deleted any duplicate Movie or Music do this trick. On your iTunes choose Files and Display Duplicate and your iTunes will display only contain Duplicate Music/Movies detected.

Then you can began to review each files and move it into Trash bin if you think it’s Duplicate.
