iOS 4.2.1: Playback control on locked screen

I didn’t now this feature has been added before, but today I found something interesting. When your iPhone locked my iOS 4.2.1 try to double hit the home button you will found new menu on the top. The Time and Date information will be changed into iPod Playback control. Check this screen shot more detail.
