How To Enable AirPrint in Any Printer

I got many question about How To Enable AirPrint in Any Installed Printer on Mac. After I googling and blogwalking we got the solution. We are already know, new feature on iOS 4.2.1 is AirPrint and AirPlay. The Problem on AirPrint is not all printer already support it. Mostly the current supported printer is printed by HP and I don’t have it.





So I try to find the solution to enable AirPrint on Any Installed Printer. And the solution come fro AirPrint Hacktivator, this tools writes and created by Netputing, you can found more details here, the latest version of AirPrint Hacktivator is 1.7.1, this version I currently use and worked great on my MacBook Pro with Epson Stylus R230.

Enable AirPrint using HacktivatorTotally awesome, easy setup. This is. Download AirPrint Hactivator and extract the files and move the AirPrint Hacktivator application on your Application Folder and start it. On the first time, you’ll see the AirPrint Hacktivator status is Off, you need to turn on and do it. After succesfully activated all need to do go to Preferences > Print & Fax and deleted currently installed printed. and Add it again. Don’t forget to enable share printer.

That’s it. You have AirPrint Printer supported right now. This is the specification before use AirPrint Hacktivator

AirPrint Hacktivator System Requirements:

  • OSX Snow Leopard 10.6.5
  • iTunes 10.1

How To Hacktivate using AirPrint Hactivator:

  1. Launch AirPrint Hacktivator
  2. Click on the toggle switch:
